FAQ

Fluid art questions

Still wondering about something? We are happy to help before you book.

What is fluid art?

Fluid art, also called pour painting, means pouring thinned paint onto a surface and then moving it with tilt, air or gravity instead of a brush. The colors marble into each other and the pattern is different every single time.

Do I need any art experience?

None at all. There are no wrong answers in fluid art, and most of our guests walk in saying they are not artistic. Our team guides you through every step.

How long is a fluid art class?

About 60 minutes in the studio. Arrive 10 minutes early to choose your project and settle in.

What is the $25 when I book?

It is not a ticket. It is the first $25 of your project. You choose what you are making once you are here and pay the difference then.

What can I make besides a canvas?

25 projects, including resin tumblers, charcuterie boards, serving trays, lazy susans, sculptures, vases, coasters, denim jackets and resin ocean art. You pick in the studio.

When do I get my piece?

We seal and professionally finish it while it cures, so it is ready in about 10 days. Pick it up at the studio or have it shipped to your door.

What ages can take a class?

Ages 4 and up. Younger children work alongside a parent, and we run everything from kids parties to adult group sessions.

Come pour something. No experience required.

One price covers your session, every material, step-by-step guidance and the professional finish. Nothing extra at the counter.
